Can we really hire you from another country?
Absolutely — most of the couples we photograph plan from the U.S. or Canada and never visit before their wedding week. We guide the entire process remotely, with a clear written agreement so everything is confirmed long before you arrive.
Will everything be handled in English?
Yes. Every message, call and detail is handled in clear English, from your first question to your final gallery. Nothing gets lost in translation.
Do you travel to our venue?
We cover the entire Riviera Maya, Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel and Tulum, and can travel farther when travel costs are covered. Tell us your destination below and we’ll confirm.
Is there a contract?
Always. You receive a clear written agreement covering your coverage, image rights and delivery, secured with a simple deposit to hold your date. No surprises, no hidden extras.
Same-night delivery — how does that work?
An editor works on site during your celebration. Before the night ends you receive 30–50 fully edited photographs, a slideshow to share, and your highlight film. Your complete gallery is delivered afterward.
Do you include drone and a full team?
Yes — your coverage is designed with a full production team: two photographers, two cinematographers, a drone operator and an on-site editor, so no angle or moment is missed.
How far ahead should we reach out?
Dates are limited and high seasons fill quickly. Reaching out as early as possible is best — but even if your date is soon, share it below and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re available.
